Why is the weather on the WBIR weather app different than the weather on the WBIR news app?

I dont like the new weather app I dont like seeing large letters saying the national parks and cities also theres no outline for states. Bring back the old map for the iPhone. When viewing the pages it show the old version not the new one.

Since I first found this app a few years ago, its been the only weather app I use. Its better than both the default iPhone app and the Weather Channel app. Its perfect for travel- you can easily change your default location on the fly, including to the "current location" setting. It also has way more features than any other weather app. Its a must have.

Updated app on 8.1. Hangs Crashes now. Ill uninstall & attempt again but please address.

This app keeps kicking me to the App Store!

Awful ads across the top of the app that uses up space. No pay option to remove ads. App not optimized for larger iPhone 6 screen sizes. Immediately uninstalled.

I have been using this app for years. I have counted on it, but now all it does is send me to the App Store. If this keep happening I will delete it and find another weather app to use.

Hope there is a fix soon for this problem. If I want to go to check out advertised app Ill go look, I dont need to be forced into App Store. Im going to give it another week or two to be fixed or Im going to delete this app and find a new source for weather.....

This has been my favorite and most helpful map when playing outdoors. Its especially helpful when on the lake and dodging the weather. Just recently it started sending me to the App Store constantly. If they fix this, it will be my favorite again. Overall, very helpful.

Dont try to plan anything by it. Even now it shows sunny but you cant even see the sky for clouds. Either they dont know how to tell the weather or it never gets updated.

This app was my go-to weather app for years. Lately the ads have become obnoxious. They flash loudly and are very distracting. Every time you click to view any details, you are redirected to the App Store and have to cancel. It is extremely annoying so I find I use the app less and less. Please correct this.

I used to used this app exclusively for weather but the latest version crashes on my new 5S just like it did on my 4S. I hope a fix is in the works.

Not accurate!!! Never matches what the weather on 10 news says on tv.

The new look doesnt function well. It is harder to read. The forecast day view should be in a calendar style layout instead of just a list.

This is the best weather app avail. It shows the direction of the weather. It predicts the future of the weather. Only wishes are a widget for iOS 8 and purchase of the app to remove ads. Also, darken the blue for a better contrast.

Ive used the wbir weather app for years. The new look is horrible. Ill be deleting it. Change it back.

This update is actually a total revamp of the old app. The old one was fantastic for ease of use, and the ui was great. With this new version, it is hard to read due to colors and fonts blending, navigation is not intuitive, etc. Its just really bad and I will be deleting it now...

I agree with another reviewer regarding the 10 day forecast. I really enjoyed the calendar view. It was much easier to view the week ahead without having to scroll through a list. The other changes are okay, but I definitely preferred the original layout and function of the app.
